Well I’m a little disappointed I’ve done my taxes for many years with the same guy but I decided to do something different because I moved to Union City I was recommended by someone who told me that they charge really cheap I didn’t know that the catch was as soon as I was done filing That I had to pay the lady upfront I was kind of stung by that because usually when you do your taxes they take it out from your tax also they give you a loan the lady in the front told me they don’t do that also I was kind of caught off guard when I told her that my husband had to get a TIN number she was kind of forcing me to do it at the immigration and I told her no the tax preparer is the one who helps me so I wasn’t kind of happy with her way of handling stuff in the front if she knows nothing about immigration plus you don’t give that type of advice being a secretary in the front desk I Asked my brother who is a lawyer if she was supposed to say that and he told me absolutely not she shouldn’t be giving immigration advice about a TIN number unfortunately I moved to Union City I wasn’t offered a loan and I had to pay upfront $205 plus I was there almost 3 hours sitting down got a ticket in my car it was a stressful day that kind of took me off a little the staff was very nice but next year I’ll be making a different move fortunately I have to go to them this week to pay the 205 because I was caught off guard so they still have my file and being that I was getting my husband a tin number For the IRS immigration he told me that I had to wait approximately two months to get my taxes that kind of caught me off guard too I was a little disappointed but I have to roll with the punches now because he has my papers and I have to pay him $205 and wait two months for my taxes not good but I guess so I won’t down talk them cause the staff were very nice plus the guy who handle me was very nice he’s from my husband’s country DR but things are done differently from what I’m used to for the many years I’ve done my taxes but like I said I moved to a different town from the guy that I usually did mines for many years and what I experienced many years of doing my taxes never did my taxes where I had to pay upfront and wait approximately 2 1/2 months 3 hour wait plus ticket in car just to receive my taxes Like I said I’m not down talking them I’m entitled to my opinion I guess most tax places are for people and some are not
